Welcome to the new unofficial City of Atlanta Dolphins Swim Team website! This site is still under construction, so please continue visiting us as we make further changes to make this site better. The City of Atlanta Dolphins was started by Askia Bashir in 1981. Today, CAD is made up of over 200 swimmers, ranging from novice to national levels. Tommy Jackson has been the Head Coach of the Dolphins for over 20 years. The CAD program has produced several Georgia and national age group record holders in addition to several national caliber swimmers who have competed at the Junior National, Senior National and Olympic Trials level.
